What Rebuild has been doing during COVID...
At the beginning of lockdown, we made the decision to take our sewing group online, and we loaned our sewing machines to those in the group. Anne has been making regular videos of sewing projects and we have been sending out the resources to take part. Projects have included shirt dresses, bags, and everything in between. You can view the videos on our YouTube channel.
As well as the online sewing group, we have had some zoom sessions, and have been sending out regular care packages to those we support, with food items, games, mental health resources, and mindfulness activities. Anna has done some wonderful videos to help with keeping minds positive and learning about how trauma can affect our brains.
