Lesley Gladwell Rebuild Founder and CEO As the founder and manager of Rebuild Project, Lesley has overall responsibility for the delivery of Rebuild projects work to provide survivor care and support. Prior to starting Rebuild Project in May 2018, Lesley worked in The CSE Response Unit, which is part of the NWG Network. The NWG Network exists to support professionals to improve their response to child sexual exploitation and trafficking– ensuring the voice of children and young people influences the work of the organisation and policy. Lesley is a qualified Social Worker and is currently undertaking a MSc in Safeguarding in an International context. Naila Ahmed Volunteer & Community Engagement Co-ordinator Naila has recently joined our team as a Volunteer and Community Engagement Co-ordinator. Naila has a strong background in working in many community based projects and community development, such as advocating for victims of domestic violence, mental health and individuals from many walks of life with additional barriers to accessing support. Naila loves travelling and exploring different cultures as well as keeping fit and socialising. |
Anna Betts Outreach Caseworker Anna is one of the outreach workers at Rebuild. She has spent many years supporting individuals who have experienced all sorts of life situations. Prior to joining rebuild, Anna worked in various roles such as supporting both adult and child victims of domestic violence and abuse and terror attacks. She is also a Therapeutic Play Practitioner and currently completing a post graduate course to become a Play Therapist. Anna loves spending time with her family and friends as well as her dog and going out for food is one of her favourite things to do, along with a good box set to watch. She also enjoys interior design! Anne Davies Team Administrator & Sessional Caseworker Anne is the Team Administrator for Rebuild Project – she supports the Rebuild staff in each of their roles. She also does some sessional casework with a few of our individuals. Prior to this role she stayed at home with her two young daughters, but has a background in Administration particularly within the Education, Housing and Procurement sectors, and has worked for various employers including Rolls-Royce and Derby City Council. Other interests include ceramics and her favourite colour is blue! |
Diane Rogers Outreach Caseworker As an Outreach Caseworker, Diane has experience of working with people from all backgrounds and communities. Before joining Rebuild Project she worked in a variety of roles including working with International Students and young people Leaving Care. Diane has a degree in Criminology and a Counselling Skills Qualification. Diane enjoys meeting new people, playing table tennis and taking her dog for walks.
