Lesley Gladwell Rebuild Founder & CEO As the founder and CEO of Rebuild East Midlands. Prior to starting Rebuild Project in May 2018, Lesley worked in The CSE Response Unit, which is part of the NWG Network. Lesley is a qualified Social Worker and has an MSc in Safeguarding in an International context. Sarah Campbell Project worker Before joining Rebuild, Sarah worked for Boots, and as Events Manager at Just-Ice, a social enterprise who employ survivors of human trafficking and modern-day slavery. She has a creative flair for events and party planning. She is great at making individuals feel valued and safe in a group setting. In her spare time she likes to watch films, try new foods, and plan for Christmas! Paul West project worker Paul started with Rebuild as a volunteer development worker, but is now a key part of the support delivery team. His role is to develop employment, education, and training pathways for the individuals we support, and he is very passionate about championing others into the future that they want. Paul loves to spend time with his huge family whenever he can, and he has a big heart for animals of all kinds. |
Anna Betts Trauma informed project manager & coach As a Trauma Informed Coach, Anna finds it a privilege to be a part of someone's journey as they explore their skills, giftings and abilities. She is fascinated with the brain and all things neuroscience, and understands the impact that trauma has on the body, mind and spirit. Prior to joining rebuild, Anna worked in various roles such as supporting both adult and child victims of domestic violence and abuse, and terror attacks. She is also a Therapeutic Play Practitioner and qualified Play Therapist. Anna loves spending time with her family and friends as well as her dog. Her perfect day would be sitting in the sunshine listening to an audiobook! Anne Davies OPERATIONS MANAGER & Sessional Caseworker Anne is the Operations Manager for Rebuild East Midlands – she supports the Rebuild staff in each of their roles. She also does some sessional casework with a few of our individuals. Prior to this role she stayed at home with her two young daughters, but has a background in Administration particularly within the Education, Housing and Procurement sectors, and has worked for various employers including Rolls-Royce and Derby City Council. Other interests include pottery and her favourite colour is blue! Catriona Munn Fundraising and Partnerships manager Meet Catriona who is the most recent member of the growing team. Her role is to help raise awareness of our work and to build fundraising partnerships through the community and businesses so that we can offer our in-depth support to more individuals who have experienced slavery and exploitation. Catriona is passionate about releasing the potential in partnerships and is really excited about getting stuck into developing support for Rebuild. She enjoys the arts, walks, practicing yoga, and baking. |
Diane Rogers Support delivery manager As Support Delivery Manager, Diane has experience of working with people from all backgrounds and communities. Before joining Rebuild East Midlands she worked in a variety of roles including working with International Students and young people Leaving Care. Diane has a degree in Criminology and a Counselling Skills Qualification. Diane enjoys meeting new people, playing table tennis and taking her dog for walks. Hannah Peart Project worker Hannah is our newest Project Worker. She joined Rebuild in May and has slotted in amazingly well to the team. In her role, Hannah enjoys drawing alongside people to empower them to live the fulness of life, whatever that looks like for them. Outside of work, Hannah loves cooking, baking and being active.
